This committee reviews the current Bylaws of the Association annually to assure their adequacy to meet the Associations needs.  A report of its findings is submitted to the BOD prior to the fall annual business meeting. Proposals for Bylaw modifications or Resolutions are given to the committee.  In addition Bylaw committee provides oversight for the Administrative Manual.
